The mission of our biology and zoology advising team is to support students in developing and implementing a plan in support of their educational, life and professional goals. Advisors assist students in making well-informed decisions by giving them accurate information about requirements, career choices, professional activities, academic success resources and university policies.

Advising appointments
Current students or students changing majors to biology or zoology are encouraged to make an appointment with our advisors for registration PINs, future term planning, career and experiential learning plans or other challenges that emerge during your time at OSU. New Corvallis and Ecampus students must complete a required orientation which includes advising and registration.
Plan your courses, professional experiences and career path with our detailed advising guides covering our majors, options, and a variety of careers.
Resources for academic success
At OSU, you have access to a wide variety of resources designed to support your success. Instructors can assist by providing the best support for your learning in courses, and advisors can help when life events require a change in plans.
Transfer Students
